The bill (Reg. No.8441) amends the Economic Code of Ukraine and the Law "On Management of the State Property Objects" to strengthen the state supervision over the property alienation by the state, business and communal enterprises.
The bill supplements clause 7 of the Law "On Management of the State Property Objects" with the provision, whereby the State Property Fund of Ukraine organizes sale of the fixed property objects of the legal entities of the public economic sector in cases envisaged by the Law.
